The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. American Express is also accepted from larger organizations by phone. Checks and money orders are also accepted. All paper/mail-in payments must be drawn on US funds. Please email us for instructions if you wish to pay by check or money order.
Purchase orders are accepted from schools, clinical institutions, state/government, and non-profit organizations. Invoices are billed net 30 day terms. The following information must be included: PO number or reference, contact name, billing and shipping addresses, product information, quantities, price, and signature. Purchase orders originating in Nevada and/or Arizona are subject to sales taxes.
