Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING NOTICE: Most orders ship the same business day. Delivery for most items takes 5 business days within the contiguous 48 states. Oversized items such as mats and foam rollers may take up to 9 business days for delivery. Orders placed after 2pm MST will ship the next business day. USA - Contiguous 48 States

UPS is the preferred carrier for domestic shipments. Although we may use the United States Postal Service to ship your order.

 

USA - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

 

USA - APO/FPO

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used for APO/FPO shipments.

 

International (including Canada)

USPS is used for most international shipments. Please allow at least 2 business days to process international shipments. Orders can be delivered to any country within 6 to 10 business days with USPS Priority Mail International. Some orders may take longer if inspected by customs. Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

 

Returns

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.

A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please email us to ensure you are eligible for a refund or cancellation and to obtain a RAN number. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Workoutz Wholesale has a 30-day return policy. Once a return authorization number is issued, your package must be returned within 14 days. If applicable, a refund or store credit will be issued less shipping charges and discounts. Returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Some unopened items are eligible for a full refund, less shipping charges and discounts. No return is possible after 30 days from the date of purchase.

NOTICE: Workoutz Wholesale is not responsible for stolen or lost packages if the tracking system shows that the package was delivered. Any order that is returned due to failure to retrieve a package or because of an invalid address will be refunded less shipping and handling.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. In the event that an item has been opened/used, it is easier for us to issue a partial refund instead of facilitating an exchange. Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund less shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees resulting from returned items.

 

Cancellations

Any order may be cancelled provided it has not shipped. If the item has already shipped, the only option is to return the item at Buyer's expense and request a refund. Please email us immediately to request a cancellation.
